How to use our Brand Campaign Feature?
Our Brand Campaign feature allows you to reach out to your existing and to your new potential customers directly through the platform.
In this way you can inform them about your new collections, your special discounts and your promotions.
How does it work:
1. Access the feature from your Orderchamp Backoffice > Marketing > Campaigns
2. Storefront selection:
-
- If you have multiple published storefronts, you can select the storefront you want to send the campaign for.
- If you have only 1 published storefront, we automatically use this one for the campaign.
3. Target group:
Select one or multiple groups of retailers to whom you’d like to send your communication ( you can specify additional targeting options, like for example which countries you want to specifically target)
4. Language:
-
- You need to select the language you want to use when writing the message
- Based on your message, we auto-translate automatically in the other main Orderchamp languages (English, German, Dutch, French). You can review the translations and edit them if necessary
5. Create your message according to what you would like to communicate to the target group
6. Send your message
The message is sent to retailers - we are automatically adding a ‘View storefront’ link to your message, so that retailers can have a direct access to your corresponding storefront
7. Performance: You can see how the campaign is performing
Why weren't all my messages sent?
You might see a slight difference between how many retailers you have in your list and how many messages were sent.
To protect our users, we have created anti-spam checks so they do not receive too many messages at once.
A retailer can only receive one brand campaign message from you every 30 days.
IMPORTANT:
For brands with multiple published storefronts, only the target group of the selected storefront would be used for the campaign.
Example: if you select ‘Customers’ as target group, only the Customers of the selected storefront will be targeted
What's the open rate?
Open rates are the number of messages that are read by the retailers over the total number of conversation messages sent for your campaign.
What's the order conversation rate?
An order is counted as a campaign conversion if it is placed within 30 days of it being read.
the conversion rate is calculated on the number of orders over the number of read messages.
