How to manage unpaid orders created with the orderwriter?

The Orderwriter is a great tool that allows you to easily create orders for your customers directly from your backoffice. To ensure these orders are well paid for by the retailer and for you to safely complete them, it can be useful to remind your customers that the orders are blocked until having been paid for.

In order to manage these unpaid orders with ease, you will find a tab named "Unpaid orderwriter" directly under your order page, which allows you to easily visualize any pending order and take action.

By clicking on the order, you can directly chat with the retailer and send him a reminder or request a cancellation.
