Upgrade or cancel your subscription

Upgrade Your Subscription
Upgrade to a higher plan if you've reached your limit of brands or SKUs from your current plan. Simply click on "upgrade subscription" on the subscription page. Choose the new plan, confirm, and your new plan will replace the old one. Note that downgrading plans is not supported.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only be effective at the end of your current contract term. You are committed to paying for your plan until the last day of your yearly agreement. During the cancellation process, you can still use our dropshipping services until the contract expires.
Keep in mind that if you cancel your plan and later want to re-enable it, we cannot guarantee the same pricing and terms as your previous contract. You can initiate the cancellation directly from the subscription page, where you'll find details of the end date of your contract and cancellation terms.
