How to migrate your catalog to Orderchamp for dropshipping?

If you already have an existing catalogue on your webshop and are looking to streamline your dropshipping process with Orderchamp, this guide will walk you through the steps involved in migrating your catalog seamlessly.

Important Note:
Before initiating the migration process, it's crucial to ensure that the products you intend to link for dropshipping are currently offered for dropshipping on Orderchamp, and the related brands must be enabled to ship to your end customer's country.

How does the Migration of my catalog work?

Step 1: Contact Tech Support
The first step in the migration process is to reach out to our technical support team at tech.support@orderchamp.com . They will enable the necessary options for you and ensure that the migration process runs smoothly.

Step 2: Enabling the Feature
Once the tech support team has enabled the feature, we will be able to push Orderchamp products into your system and seamlessly integrate them with your existing products.

Step 3: Matching SKUs
The primary link between your existing products and Orderchamp products will be established through the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). When a SKU match is made, any order placed on your webshop for those specific products will be automatically forwarded to the brand for fulfillment.

Updates and Changes:
When a SKU match is established, the following updates will occur:

• Inventory Management: Orderchamp will take over the management of inventory for all products and variants.
• New Variants: Variants existing on Orderchamp but not in your system will be created.
• Removed Variants: Existing variants that are not present on Orderchamp will be removed.
• Content Updates: While inventory and variants are managed by Orderchamp, product content (title, prices, description, photos, etc.) and variant content of existing/matched variants will not be updated.
• SKU Matching Criteria: Only SKU’s of 4 characters and longer will be considered for matching to prevent unwanted or incorrect matching.
