How to create customer-specific pricing for dropshipping!
Do you want to offer a specific discount for your special dropshipping retailers? You can now create the discount into your Orderchamp dropshipping backoffice!
Customer-specific pricing feature allows dropshipping brands to set special discounts for specific dropshipping retailer(s).
To do so, you will need to select the retailers to which the discount should apply to, choose the % discount that you want to offer them and select the products that will have the discount applied .
The discount will be activated and it will be visible for your selected retailers into their dropshipping by Orderchamp dashboard.
How does it works?
- Into your Back-office > Dropshipping > Pricing tab, there is the Customer-Specific Pricing
2. Automatically pre-defined discounts:

- Values of the different pricing: 5/10/15/20
- All products
- No time range
- Set to “Specific retailers” but no retailer set yet
3. Brand created discounts
You can also create your own customer-specific pricing by clicking ‘Create customer-specific pricing’

- Name: Discount name that will not shared with retailers
- Discount %: % that will be applied
- Discount duration: always active/active for a limited period
- Products: either apply the discount to all products or to specific products
- Customers: brand needs to select customer(s) among their list of dropshipping retailers
From the list of Dropshipping retailers (Dropshipping > tab ‘Retailers’), you can also apply / delete a customer-specific pricing to a specific retailer
Discount creation announcement
Retailers that get a discount will receive a message into their chat inbox - only in certain conditions. The conditions are:

- Products discount selection is ‘All products’
- The discount offered is higher that 5%
- There should not be another existing Dropshipping discount with a greater value created for the same retailer
NOTE: When you add the retailer to your discount group , he will get the notification automatically into their Inbox.
If you decide to remove the retailer and add him again later, he will not get the notification for the second time, unless the discount percentage has also changed.
