How can I approve or reject retailers for Dropshipping?

If you have a Pro or an Enterprise plan, you have the possibility to choose whether you accept or not a retailer that wants to import and sell your products via Dropshipping.

You can choose to automatically approve all retailer requests for Dropshipping or to manually review first the retailer requests and decide whether to approve them or not.

 

Manual / Automatic retailer approval 

  • By default, retailer requests are automatically approved.
  • If  you prefer to change this setting to Manual review and you already have an active subscription with a Pro or Entreprise plan, you can go to:

Pending requests from retailers

The response time to a Dropshipping retailer request is very important for a good start of a possible successful collaboration!

We expect for you to review a request within 24 hours to ensure the retailer can properly use his monthly plan without wasting time. If no action is taken from your side, we will automatically decline the request.
