How does my inventory management work?
On the “Inventory” tab of your Orderchamp back-office, you are able to see different type of information on how your inventory is being managed.
You can easily check your stock levels and you can easily filter the out of stock items.
Policy:

- “Stop selling”: this policy indicates that when the inventory of the item get to zero, retailers will not be able to purchase that item until you adjust your inventory levels and add more stock.
- “Continue selling”: With this option enabled, retailers will be able to purchase out-of-stock items
Red/green icons:
- Red icon : indicates that the product variant is out of stock, so retailers cannot purchase this product variant on the Marketplace.
- Green icon : indicates that the product variant is in stock, so retailers can purchase this product variant on the Marketplace.
Note: You can also see an additional message.
Messages can be:

- “In stock” : item is in stock
- “Out of stock” : item is out of stock
- “Out of stock because this product has a case quantity of X.” : if you have “2” physically available items for a certain product variant, but the product variant has a case quantity of “3”, then the product variant will be out of stock because of case quantity.
- “Out of stock because of reserved quantities” : if you have “2” physically available items for a certain product variant, but the product variant has “3” reserved quantities, then the product variant will be out of stock because of those reserved quantities.
