Setting up your private Order Portal
We offer brands an out-of-the-box solution for digitizing their B2B sales. Transform your catalog into a self-service online buyer interface for your customers. No commissions, no setup, no maintenance fees!
Set up your B2B sales portal in minutes, by following these steps:
1. Activate your subscription
The Order Portal is a software-powered channel that requires an active subscription. To learn more about the available plans and to contact a sales advisor, visit: www.orderportal.com.
2. Start setting up your Portal
Once your subscription is active, you'll gain access to all features and you can set up your private portal in just a few steps. If you already have an active catalog on Orderchamp, the process will be even quicker. Here’s what to do:
3. Select products to publish
Decide which products to feature on your Order Portal directly from the product pages. You can use the multi-selection tool or an import option to quickly add products.
Once selected, update the channel for these products.
From the product overview, you will easily be able to see on how many channels your products are published and adapt if needed.
For more details on managing product selections, visit this page.
4. Setting up your pricing
For your order portal, you can define custom pricing for your products. This pricing can differ from the prices associated with your products on Orderchamp. With this feature, a product can have different pricing for multiple channels: marketplace, dropshipping, and your order portal.
For more details on product pricing options, visit this page.
5. Choose Your Settings
Your private portal is customizable. For your private B2B portal, you can:
-
Define your shipping and distribution rules
-
Set up preferred payment options
-
Customize your product categorization (soon)
For detailed information about these settings, visit this page and this page.
6. Use Your Own Branding
Your personalized B2B webshop will remain independent of Orderchamp marketplace or dropshipping. We offer customization options to align the portal with your branding. You can:
-
Add your own logo to the header
-
Customize visuals on the landing page
7. Set up your Mollie account:
Unlike other transactions on Orderchamp, where we, as the merchant of record, are involved, transactions on your Order Portal are processed directly by you as the seller. This means that you are responsible for defining the payment solutions and guarantees for your customers. In order to process payments, you will need to set up your own Payment Service Provider (PSP) account.
At this time, we support Mollie as a payment provider, and you can easily create a free Mollie account if you don't already have one.
See this page to see the step by step process on linking your PSP account.
8. Review your store and start selling
Once your products are published, preview your store by clicking the “View” page.
Congratulations! Your private Order Portal is ready. The final step is to invite your customers and start selling.
