If the supplier has not yet confirmed your order, you can ask to add products or adjust the quantities. After this, a payment request is ready for you and / or a refund is initiated. You will receive this after a few working days. This is no longer possible during the "Waiting for Shipping" and "Waiting for Delivery" process.
What we want to make clear is that some mistakes can be corrected. However, cancellation is no longer possible after completing the entire ordering process.
