This order status can mean two things:

  • You have chosen a payment method and confirmed the order, but you still have to make the payment. Please do this as soon as possible, the order is already in the order overview of the brand!;
  • Thanks! You have paid by bank transfer, but the payment has yet to come through to our payment provider Mollie. It can take a few days for a foreign transfer to arrive in the Netherlands and for the status to be effective. Please wait :).
