How do I confirm an order?

Payment has been made and the new order is in your email and in the back office. With the big blue button in the relevant order you let the retailer know that you are going to deliver the products. Please do this within 48 hours.

Pay attention!
Before you confirm, you can adjust numbers or add extra products. So always check your Inbox first, there might be a special request from the retailer. If you make changes, a refund will automatically be initiated and / or we will create a payment request for the retailer. This is no longer possible during the "Awaiting Fulfillment" and "Awaiting delivery" process.
