When does the status changes into 'Completed'?

This means the retailer has confirmed the delivery in his or her account. We leave this to them, because in fact only they can confirm that the entire order has been received in good order. The track & trace therefore does not correspond to this status.

In order not to take this endlessly, the status will automatically change after the delivery time indicated by you +5 working days. When the order is completed, you will be paid the following Monday.
