As long as you do not complete an order, the brand will not receive your money. It's that simple. In this way, we'll always be able to initiate a refund until then. You are entitled to this if:

  • The supplier had to cancel your order;
  • Orderchamp has had to cancel your order;
  • Your order or part of it is incorrectly delivered and / or damaged and / or does not correspond at all with the description;
  • Your order or part of it has not been delivered.

How do I receive a refund?
A refund will automatically be initiated if the order is (partially) canceled by the brand or by us. You will receive it within a few working days. If the shipment was created by the supplier, extra vigilance is required.

We will send you a reminder via an email on the day that your order must be delivered at the latest. The supplier has given an indication of the delivery time in the shipping confirmation. If you want to claim a refund, you must respond to this email within 3 days (72 hours). If you do not, we will automatically release the payout to the brand and the status will change to "Finished". This will void your right to Buyer Protection.

1. There is a problem after receipt
In this case, do not complete the order and send an email to no longer than 3 days (72 hours) after receipt. By doing so, we keep the payment to the brand for a while.

The next step is for you to contact the seller via the chat, where sending photos helps enormously in finding a solution together. Often, a subsequent delivery and / or return is arranged! Please note that any return costs are for the account of retailers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Can't figure it out? Our support team will help you further and make a final decision in the matter. If a refund is in progress, you will receive it after a few working days. Will still complete the order once everything has been completed in order.

2. You have not received (part of) the order
Do not complete the order and send an email to no longer than 3 days (72 hours) after you should have received the order. You can easily count from the moment you received our reminder for receipt in your mailbox. We put the payout on hold and try to reach the brand. Preferably we deliver you your entire order!
