This order status can mean two things:
- A payment method has been chosen, as a result of which the order has been placed, but the payment has yet to be made. Send the retailer a reminder for this! You do this via "Contact retailer".
- Payment has been made by bank transfer, but the payment has yet to come through to our payment provider Mollie. It takes a few days before a foreign transfer arrives in the Netherlands and the status comes into effect. Please wait :).
