You can change your bank information by following the steps below:
- Login your Orderchamp backoffice
- Go to the “Settings” in the left bottom corner
- Click on “Payout information”
- Click on “Change your bank account” button
- Finalize the steps (you need to transfer 1 cent from to validate your bank account)
- Click the “Update” button
It will take a few working days for your request to be processed.
