How to confirm an order?

Once you’ve received an order and have confirmed that you have enough products to fulfil, you can accept the order by doing the following:

1. Find the “you’ve received an order” email that was sent to you, and click on confirm order.
2. Log into your Orderchamp backoffice, go to “Orders” and confirm the order.
