Dispute a retailer complaint

It happens that products get damaged in transit or aren’t included in the shipment. If you’ve received a request from Orderchamp for a replacement or refund for missing/damaged products, we ask you to meet that request. 

If you would like to dispute a missing/damaged item, please reply to the Orderchamp email with the order number, request and your concerns with the request. We’re always here to help.
