To ensure that we’re delivering the best possible customer experience for both retailers and brands we monitor a variety of metrics and take action when brands don’t meet our minimum performance standards.
If your account doesn’t meet our performance standards, we reserve the right to:
- lower your placement across the Orderchamp platform
- deny (temporarily) access to Orderchamp campaigns and events until issues are resolved
- deny sign-up of new account (duplicate of sister brands)
- suspend your account indefinitely
You can view your performance KPIs in your backoffice dashboard, under the customer experience section. Please know that our team reviews the performance of all brands and notifies them when they are not meeting our performance expectations and overall standards with the goal of providing brands the ability to improve performance before the issue affects the ability to receive orders.
