What if my order gets broken in transit?
In the event that a retailer reports that anything didn’t arrive or got damaged in transit, we’ll inform you accordingly. Regardless of the situation, we request you to complete the order and reship any damaged or broken goods.
Ship with Orderchamp
When you ship with Orderchamp we’ll file a claim at the shipping carrier and for your administration we’ll provide you with a photo of any damaged goods.
When you choose to ship with Orderchamp, please note that this service does not include insurance coverage.
Ship Yourself
When you have chosen to ship yourself, we’ll provide a photo of any damage so you can file a claim with your shipping carrier.
