How to contact customers through your backoffice?
Do you need to clarify a few things with your buyer before fulfilling the order? You can get in touch with your buyers by using the “contact customer” button in the CRM in your Backoffice or via “contact retailer” in the order.
You can also send messages to your followers (not yet buying retailers). Go to “CRM > Followers > Send message” and start interacting with your future customers.
Connecting your Orderchamp chat to your Zendesk or other support tools
Chat messages will be directly sent to your email, where you can also reply! If you would like to change the email address where this is sent to, you can change this in your back office > Settings > General Settings > "Support Email Address".
If you want to use your support email address which is linked to a customer service tool like Zendesk, you might need to whitelist the email address from which we forward you the chat message from: email@example.com. Otherwise your tool might see this as spam and you miss the message retailers send you.
