How do I pause my storefront?

If you’re unable to accept new orders for a period of time, you can use the vacation mode to pause your shop. Retailers can order your products, and are notified that the storefront is in vacation mode. The time to ship will count as of the last day of your vacation mode.

If you would like to set your storefront in vacation mode, please follow the steps below:

1. Login your Orderchamp backoffice
2. Go to the “Settings”  on the bottom left corner
3. Set your start and end date of your vacation period
4. Click on the “Update” button
