We continuously evaluate brand performance. We evaluate your brand in order to provide your brand with insights on how you can improve your performance on Orderchamp. In our evaluation we take all of the performance criteria and flags into account. We adjust our evaluation criteria as needed to ensure we’re evaluating you as correct as possible.
We do take order volume into consideration when calculating your performance metrics. For example, if you have only ten orders and one of them was damaged, your damaged order rate will be 10% While that is technically over our target it doesn’t necessarily mean an actual problem with your performance given the low amount of orders.
