Digital Fair Spring Edition 2021

What’s the digital fair about?

The Orderchamp Digital Fair Spring Edition 2021 starts on Wednesday February 24th and ends on Monday March 1st. During the Digital Fair, we will drive lots of retailer traffic to the marketplace, equipped with benefits like free shipping, shopping credit and pay after delivery up to 60 days. As a brand you can offer volume boosters to incentify larger orders, while Orderchamp subsidizes your commission fees.

How do I participate?

You can participate in Europe's biggest Digital Fair by signing up in your backoffice, and choosing an optional pre-defined volume booster to generate larger orders at our expense. We have decided to fully subsidize the order discount of 10%, while also subsidizing the 15% and 20% volume booster. This means that your commission fees are reduced during these days, while being able to offer your new and existing customers a great deal. You can also use this to activate former buyers and invite your own retailers.

In short:

  • Set up a volume booster of 10% on €500,-, Orderchamp covers 10%
  • Set up a volume booster of 15% on €750,-, Orderchamp covers 10%
  • Set up a volume booster of 20% on €1000,-, Orderchamp covers 10%

Calculation example (10%):

Important rules/notes

In order to make this a great experience for our retailers and brands alike, we ask you to take the following into account:

  • Make sure your stock-level is up-to-date. Triple-check please! We don't want to drive a lot of traffic to products that are not able to be bought or cause unnecessary cancellations. An abnormal amount of cancellations, will have an effect on (your participation in) future promotions
  • Check your current product-only discounts. The Digital Fair discounts are 'order discounts', which means they are calculated on top of existing customer-specific pricing/discounts. We'd hate for you to sell a product with a too low margin
  • Respond to questions via the chat-system in time. There will be loads of activity during these 5 days, so please 'man your stations' and be available to our retailers. By being available, we'll create the best purchasing experience for our retailers.
