How do I pay my invoices?
Once your order is shipped by the supplier, you will receive the invoice for your order in your email. The invoice also gives the details of the payment instructions
- Amount to be transferred
- Bank account IBAN where the money needs to be paid
- Payment reference number
- Payment due date
You can also find the invoices in your Orderchamp account.
- Log into your Orderchamp profile
- Go to your profile and click on “invoices”
Here you will see a complete list of your orders and invoices. You can download your invoice and get the payment instructions to make your payment.
Make sure to transfer the payment before your due date has passed to avoid additional reminder fees. If no payment is received after the due date has passed, you can expect reminders in your mailbox, including additional fees.

What If I make my payment to Orderchamp by mistake?
If you made your payment to Orderchamp instead of the BNPL provider’s bank account as mentioned in your invoice, then we request you to contact us at support@orderchamp.com along with a proof of your payment. We will update our system and mark your invoice as paid.
In case you do not inform us, your invoice will remain open, and you may get payment reminders from the BNPL provider.
What if I received damaged products or didn’t receive all the products I ordered?
If you received damaged products or did not receive all your products, then please contact us at support@orderchamp.com. Our support team will look into your issue and help you get a refund. The refund amount will be reduced from your invoice value, and you will only be required to pay the remaining amount to the BNPL provider.
