Can I return my products?

Orderchamp doesn't support returns currently.

Issue with Order

When there is an issue with your order, you can file a report (within 4 working days upon planned or actual arrival) through our order feedback functionality.

Any issues related to:

• Non-delivery of goods
• Defective goods
• Damaged goods
• Counterfeit goods
• Wrong goods delivered

After submitting your order feedback, our customer service team will get back to you within 5 working days. In case your request meets our guidelines and a return is accepted, the return cost will be covered by the brand.
