Tracking details for an order will be available once the order is shipped from the warehouse and the order status is “Awaiting Delivery”.
To get the tracking & trace details, please follow these steps:
- Click on the order to open the order details
- The track & trace details will be available at the bottom of the order page. You can click on the “Track Package” link to get the package details.
- In case the order is shipped in multiple packages, track & trace codes for each individual package will be also available.
