Important - Only orders which are in the “Awaiting Fulfilment” status can be cancelled. Once the fulfilment process starts in the warehouse and the status changes to “Fulfillment in progress”, you will not be able to cancel the orders.

To cancel an order, please click and open the order which is to be cancelled, then click the “Cancel Order” link on the top left.
