Only orders which are “Awaiting Confirmation” status can be edited. Once the fulfilment process starts you will not be able to edit the orders.

Currently, we only allow editing of customer details in the order. If you want to add or delete any product, we request you to cancel the order and create a new order again.

To edit the order, follow these steps:

  • Click the “Edit” link next to the Shipping Address details


  • A new window will open where you can modify the customer’s information. 

  • Click on the “Update” button to save the order.
