You can view all your shipments that are already sent to the warehouse by clicking the “Fulfilment” link. After you have sent your shipment to the warehouse, the status of the shipment show as “Awaiting Delivery”.
When we receive your boxes in the warehouse, we count and inspect the products. We scan the products to ensure an accurate count, and do a quality inspection check. The products are then added in stock and the status of the inbound shipment is updated, as follows:
- If the quantity of the products received matches the inbound shipment details, then the status is ‘Completed’. When you click and open the inbound shipment, you will be able to see the list of all the products which have been received along with the received quantity details.
- If lesser products are received or if some products are received in a damaged condition, then the status of the inbound shipment will be ‘Incomplete’. If you click and open the ‘incomplete’ inbound shipments, you will be able to see the SKUs which are received less or which are damaged and therefore couldn’t be added in stock. The last column of the table will also provide you with the reason why the products were not added in stock.
