- Login to your Orderchamp account
- Click on Account
- From the menu - click on “Orders”
- Click on the order number of the TICA order you’d like to re-order
- Click the “reorder” button
- You can reorder the entire order or only specific products
If you cannot see an image for a product in the order, it means that product was not added on Orderchamp but you can still continue with reordering all products in that order.
If reorder is not available, this brand does not have the product available for reorder via Orderchamp & unfortunately doesn’t offer digital reorders yet. That can either be because they haven’t been onboarded yet, or are not able to handle digital orders. We are working on solutions here in the coming period.
The next 2 weeks are transition period, where we’ll be focusing on boarding TICA brands, optimizing the integration and outphasing the former systems to give customers a smooth transition. We appreciate your patience while we’re working hard to provide you a truly omnichannel experience.
